Both Stanley and I seem to be craving a breather these days - like spending an afternoon following a patch of spring sun, weeding sometimes, most often not. The Pointer Sisters run and run and run, tongues and ears flying - gulping down spring air with every stride. There's much to be done, I tell myself, but breathing is important too.
I too need to slow down and bask in sunlight, even for an hour. We're always in such a hurry, aren't we? We can learn from our animal friends.

This is a club I already belong to, I fear. In my case it's possible that I'll actually finish the article and catch that breather. Hope you do too.
